  • 1/8 c pecans chopped, toasted

  • 1/4 c celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 c red onion finely chopped

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Cook and cool wild rice
  • Make dressing
  • Combine rice, remaining ingredients, and dressing
