Ingredients

Burger Package

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 tbs cumin
  • 1 tbs oregano

Feta Yogurt Sauce Package

  • 1 c plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c crumbled feta
  • 1 tbs olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp garlic finely minced or grated

Cucumber/Red Onion Vinaigrette Package

  • 1/2 c cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/2 c red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbs kosher salt
  • 1 tbs honey

Bun Package

  • 4 hamburger buns

Optional additions:

  • 1 whole tomatoes sliced
  • 1/8 lb lettuce

Instructions

  • Place hamburger in frying pan and cook over medium heat flipping every 5 minutes for up to 20 minutes for a well done burger. **
    **Burgers do contain eggs
  • Serve hamburger on bun with cucumber/ red onion vinaigrette on the bottom and yogurt feta on top.
