  • 1 c jasmine rice

Instructions

  • Rinse rice with cold water 2 or 3 times and drain.
  • Using the cup the rice came in, fill with water to the fill line and pour in with the rice, repeat a second time. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover and reduce heat to low and cook rice until tender and all liquid is absorbed (approximately 15 minutes).
  • Turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Fluff rice with fork and serve.
