Fajita Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Chicken Package
- 1 lb chicken diced
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/4 c broth concentrate
- 2/3 fajita seasoning
Chopped Vegetables Package
- 2 c mixed bell peppers
- 1 c yellow onion
- 1 tbs olive oil
Cook Chicken and Veggies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. You may also use a grill.
Place bag of vegetables and bag of chicken in a cake pan mixed together. Squeeze 2 lime wedges over the mixture. Put pan in oven or on the grill for 20 minutes. Stir after 10 minutes.
