One Pan Andouille Sausage and Veggies

Sausage and Vegetables Package
- 6 oz andouille sausage
- 1 carrot large
- 1 potato
- 1/3 zucchini medium
- 1 pepper
- 1/3 head broccoli
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp basil dried
- 1/2 tsp oregano dried
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp thyme dried
- dash red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp oil
Prep/Package Sausage and Veggies
Peel and thinly slice carrot. Wash and chop potato into small pieces. Cut zucchini into thick half moon-shaped pieces. Corsely chop broccoli. Remove seeds from pepper and chop into medium-sized pieces. Chop sausage into thick circles.
Combine sausage and veggies with 1/2 the seasoning ingredients. Package in a sealed package.
Cook Ingredients
Empty sausage and veggies onto pan and spread evenly across the pan.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Remove and toss veggies and sausage. Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes or until veggies are crisp and tender.
