Ingredients

Sirloin Package

  • 12 oz sirloin

Oil Package

  • 1 tbsp oil

Vegetable Package

  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1 onion

Beef Base Mixture Package

  • 1 tsp beef base
  • 1 tsp cornstartch
  • 4 oz water
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Prep/Package Sirloin

  • Cut sirloin into bite sized pieces (about 3/4 inch). Package in a sealed package.

Package oil

  • Package oil in a small container.

Prep/Package Vegetables

  • Slice mushrooms thick. Chop onion into small pieces. Combine and package in a sealed package.

Prep/Package Beef Base Mixture

  • Combine beef base, corn starch, water and worcestershire sauce. Package in a container.

Cook Sirloin/Vegetables

  • Heat oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add sirloin and vegetables. Cook until beef is browned and vegetables are soft (about 5-10 mins), stirring occasionally.

Make Gravy

  • Add 1 cup of water and beef mixture to skillet and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium low and allow to simmer until gravy is thick and meat is tender.

Serve

  • Serve over mashed potatoes.
