Skewers Package

- 1/4 red onion
- 3/4 c red bell pepper

Marinade

- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp ginger minced

- 1/8 tsp black pepper

Combine steak, pineapple, bell peppers, onion, and marinade. Load the skewers by alternating between ingredients. Start with the red bell pepper, steak, red onion, orange bell pepper, and pineapple.

Cook Kabobs on Grill
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 5 minutes, flip the skewers, and cook for another 5 minutes until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees f (for medium doneness) and vegetables are tender.
Cook Kabobs in Oven
Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Place skewers on an ungreased baking sheet and place in oven. Bake, turning every 10 minutes, until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees f (for medium doneness) and vegetables are tender, about 25 minutes.
