Apple Salad Package

  • 16 oz apple
  • 4 oz carrots shredded
  • 1 oz scallions

Salad Dressing Package

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Salad Prep

  • Trim and thinly slice scallions, shred carrots and slice apples. Package in a sealed container

Dressing

  • Combine mayo and vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Package in a sealed container.

  • Combine everything and stir together.
