Roasted Vegetables & Chicken with Wild Rice Salad – 2 Servings

You will need 1 9×13 pan
- zucchini, broccoli, onion, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes
- salt, Italian seasoning, paprika
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place bag of vegetables and bag of chicken in a sheet pan mixed together.
- Put pan in oven for 20 minutes.
- Warm dinner rolls in oven with 5 minutes left.
- Serve with Wild Rice Salad and dinner rolls.

chopped toasted unsalted cashews
finely chopped green onions
finely chopped celery
finely chopped red onion
red wine vinegar
