Parmesan Garlic Pork Chops with Roasted Zucchini and Sweet Potatoes – 2 Servings

This meal will require 2 9×13 pans.
- Pork Chops
- Seasoning (parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper)
- Sweet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Line one of the 9×13 pans with foil and place pork chops with garlic infused olive oil inside. Top with ½ the Parmesan topping. Place in oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Pour the zucchini bag contents in one end of the other 9×13 pan and sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan topping on top.
- Pour the content of the sweet potato bag in the other end of the pan and place in oven for 25 minutes to roast. Stir the vegetables about halfway through to prevent burning.
